Attraction Readiness Form

Phase Two of the plan is a readiness audit across the region. Before any itinerary is sold to a tour operator, we need to know which properties can handle a full coach: where a bus can park and turn around, what a group rate looks like, and how many guests your staff can check in at once. Attractions across all seven counties and the Qualla Boundary are invited to complete the form below.

Attraction Group Travel and Motorcoach Readiness Form

For attractions, museums, tours, gardens, farms, outfitters, and other admission-based experiences. Covers capacity, bus access and parking, group pricing, seasonality, accessibility, and interest in hosting a familiarization tour. Completing the form is not a commitment to participate.
